The development of the movement against the two dictatorships in the Iberian penisula — Franco and Salazar - raises the question British capitalism's stoke in the two countries. It will be important for understanding the attitude of the British Government to the movement as it grows to realise the extent of these interests. The following two extracts give some idea of what is involved.
