This issue, which as usual is well turned out, contains articles on the attompted coup in Ceylon, Algeria, the Indian ‘Jlections, British Guiana, the Ceylon strikes, etc. There are full-length articles on 'The Politics of Coup d!uitat', an analysis of the Criminal Law (Special Provisions) Act, which was passed after tho attempted coup, an article on Socio-economic foundations 3rd century Anuradhapuar Kingdom in Ceylon, and a reprint of Michel Pablo's lotter from pr+Son to the F.L~»N. The journal can be obtained for 1/3d P.P.
