Cuban Trotskyists have recently published a 44 page booklet conataining Lenin's Testament, an article on the Testament by Trotsky and a summary of the theory of the Permaemnt Revolution written by Trotsky. In the fly-leaf the comrades announce the forthcoming publication of the book The Permanent Revolution. Readers will remember that the plates of this were broken up on the orders of an official last year. The Cuban Government since then have stated that this, and the banning of the Cuban Trotskyist paper Voz Prole. -taria, was a mistake. Through Che Guevara the man in charge of the Cuban economy they described the action 'as an error committod by a second~rank functionary. '
