Thoro is a movo afoot to got tho Labour Lord Mayor to cancel his annual bali booked for the Locarno in March. Noarly 600 Loceds University students have signod a request for a reforendum of all 5,000 Studont Union mombors on making tho condemnation of the Locarno colour=bar ruling official union policy.
