Under a constitutional being contemplated in Swaziland, a British 'Protéctorate' surrounded by tho Republic of South Africa, a system virtually identical with the South African Bantustan policy would be institutod. Under it the only electoral role would be white, there would no common role whatsoever. Africans would be represented only through their chief and his councillors, This move by the local British High Commission authorities is a good pointer to the real attitude of the British Tory Govornment towards apartheid.
