Dr. Ali Amini resigned as Primo Minister of Iran on July 17th and gave as his reasons the failure to balance the budget to covor a £25 million deficit. This in turn, Dr. Amini oxplained, was duc to the tardiness of U.S. cconomic aid and a cut in U.S. military assistance “without which we cannot carry on." U.S. imporialism is bolstering up numerous reactionary regimes all over the world, and as its cconomic difficultics grow, these regimes will face disastor as U.S. 'tardiness' grows. Not even the mighty dollar can hold back history.
