According to a peport in the Daily Worker of 24/11/62, the Scottish miners executive, which is C.P. controlled passed a resolution which, " supported li. Khrushchov for his handling of the crisis arising from the U.S. threat to Cuba, - and urged the Chinese Government to reco gnise that peaceful co-existence must involve mutual concessions."
