An important document by Richard Fletcher on Algeria ond the Labour movement was distrilmted at the meoting and recoived general support.

Next day, 2 packed moeting at Friends House,Euston Hd,, took place to hear Raptis speak on the Algerian Revolution, Although there was little publicity for the meeting, the success of the meeting pointed to the big interest and support for the Algerian Revolution amongst the best workers in the Labour Party,and colonial students and workers in Britains
