A letter published in a mumber of N, London newspapers on behalf of tho Paddington Cuban Hurricane Reliof Fund makes the folling appeal to thoir readers: ‘e are all awmre of the enormous damage that has baoen done to tha economy of Cuba by ths disastrous hurricane, and ve are sure that all those concerned with the progress of peoples, and who recognise the enormous difficulties the Government and tha pecple of Cuba are facad with will respond to this appeal."
