How did the struggle start in this hsopital? What sparked it off was the TV programmes on agency nurses, which really brought home to a lot of us how conditions are deteriorating. The problem is that the struggle stems from a few individuals who've either worked outside nursing or are otherwise aware of how badly off we are, The others are content to leaveit to the activists and say they didn't come into nursing for the money.
