CONTEMPT ORDER SURVED ON UNION OFFICIAL from a legal correspondent

There has been a quick aftermath to the ruling given an to the illegality of the Lightermen's union action in boycotting the barges of J.T. Stratford & Son Ltd. Although the union's executive decided on February 5th to lift the embargo because of the court ruling, the following day, Bill Lindley, the union's general secretary, was served with a contompt of court order, This Order alleges that Mr. Lindley failed to obey the court injunction.
