4 15-minute suspension of work was observed at noon on February 14th in factories and commerical offices throughout Panama to demonstr ate to the delegation of the Organisation of Amorican States (0.A.S.) the unity of the Panamanian people. The delegation of the OSes composed of delegates of Brazil, Costa Rica, Ifexico, Paraguay and Uruguay was visiting the country to ‘investigate! the background to the dispute between Panama and the United States.
