The West German Foreign Ministry announced on June 20th that they had decided to grant a loan of 30million marks to Indonesia's right-wing military regime, Confronted with grave economic difficulties the regime bas specially sent government officials to seek aid from various countries, including the United States, the lietherlands, India and Japan.
