Demonstrators have continued to prevent the trial of the ten youths accused of destroying facilities at the Nittoku Metal Industry Co. in Tokyo last October 19, They raided this plant which produces machine guns for the United States in protest against Japan's cooperation with U.S. aggression in Vietnam. The demonstrators interrupted the trial August 28, breaking their way through a police cordon. They were evicted from court after "a fierce fight in the corridors", according to the Japan Times.
