2,000 acres of land now being cultivated by Arabs on the western bank of the Jordan are shortly to be taken over by members of a new Kibbutz settlement that has already been established in this area. The settlement is at Kefar Btzion in the Hebron hills, ten miles soyth of Tel- Aviv. Forty young Orhtodox Isreelis established their Kibbutz along semi-military lines last month. In a reply to a question about what would happen to the Arabs, the Sectreary said "I don't know. Our Government is seeing to that." These settlers will undoubtedly "make desetrs bloom" at the expense of course of the Arabs, whose land they have stolen. Further evidence of the Israeli Government's plans for 'Zinnising' Arab territory can be seen in Levi Eshkol's talk of 'Greater Israel'. Also the Government controlled Radio Israel now no longer refers to the "west bank" area; it speaks of "Yehuda" and Samaria, thus implying an inflependence or divorce from Jordan.
