in America’s dirty war devaluation wages frozen prices and rents up cuts in education and health expenditure BUT defence expenditure is still £2,000 million a year. Wherever independence struggles take place, U,S. forces oppose them—in Cuba, Vietnam, Dominican Republic, Thailand etc. and the British Labour Government supports the Americans in opposition to Labour party and T.U.C. policy.
